As a child, I loved school. I loved to play school, I loved to be in school, I loved my teachers, and I loved learning. Not everyone feels that way. As a college student, I hated school. I wasn't engaged and nothing seemed to keep me motivated. I have been on both sides of fence. I know what it feels like fail, and I know what it feels like to be at the top of my class. Somehow, I ended up in the insurance field, which suits me. I get to be social and that appeals to my strengths. I know now as an adult what will work for me and what won't; that's the beauty of failing sometimes -you learn very quickly what you shouldn't do. I think that is so important in learning. Each mind is unique and people cannot expect cookie cutter methods to work for all people. Being able to have someone help you to understand something in a way that works best for you will make learning more rewarding, more succesful, and more effective. If a method doesn't work for you, try something different, and keep trying until you find one that does.

Summer is my favorite season. I really love relaxing outdoors. I enjoy any pass time that allows me to be on the water or on a boat. I have a close knit family and great group of friends. I love to travel but can also be a homebody. I will do some serious Netflix binge-wataching but I also enjoy a good book now and again.
