Certified Tutor

I graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a BS in Civil Engineering in the spring of 2016. During my undergrad, I tutored for two years as a Engineering Statics and Dynamics tutor. As a tutor, I like to follow along with the student so they understand step by step what is happening and where exactly they went wrong. From my experience, poor grades has a lot to do with confidence and is sabatoged by nerves during tests. I will make sure to provide positive remarks to students so they start to feel like the knowledgeable and capable individual that they are.
