I am passionate about teaching in all its forms. Whether in a classroom or one-on-one setting, I love the sense of discovery and creativity that goes along with learning. My favorite thing about teaching is watching the "aha!" moment as children finally understand a concept that may have been challenging for them.
I hold a Masters in Education (EdM) from Columbia University as well as a Masters in Music (MM) in vocal performance from the Manhattan School of Music. I like to think that I bring some of the performing spirit into the learning process to make it fun!
