My name is Leila and I recently graduated from the University of California- Santa Barbara with a B.S. in Biopsychology. Growing up, I often turned to tutors for their academic guidance and support, so I can really empathize with students searching for the perfect tutor. My experiences being tutored have allowed me to pinpoint characteristics and skills that make a great tutor, such as patience, breaking down complex concepts, and an ability to cater towards different learning styles. I have been tutoring for seven years, and have loved getting to know each of my students as they improve academically. I have experience tutoring students in elementary school through college.
