Certified Tutor

I have been working in education for 20 years. I have taught elementary and pre-K all the way up to high school. I have worked extensively with English Language Learners and in intervention settings (Special Ed and RtI). I have taught many different subjects including math and science, reading, test preparation, and Spanish. I now am a small business owner in the field of education.

I am a graduate of UC Davis and am a full IB (International Baccalaureate) graduate (I tested in Anthropology, Spanish, Art, English, Mathematics, and Biology and wrote my extended essay in Anthropology). I was an exchange student in Costa Rica where I learned the Spanish language and one of my favorite hobbies, salsa dancing. I am currently working on completing my Master's degree, but have my Master's equivalent in Education coursework.

I have three children of my own and have taught hundreds more! I am excited to get to know you or your child and to collaborate on a plan to meet your educational needs.
