The year ended with all but 1 reading at a second grade level and adding and subtracting double digits. 5 students ended the year reading at a 3rd grade level. I also received my Masters degree in biomedical sciences from Rosalind Franklin University. I believe these two exams are two of the most stressful exams a student can take, but with a good study schedule and study habits, they are manageable. Through my master's program, I have three years of experience as a teaching assistant. I've taught freshman-level biology and zoology labs and held office hours to help students with population ecology classwork.I think that the best ways to learn new material involve tackling concepts and the connections between them from different angles. I try to help students by presenting the material from different sides and letting them turn it around in their head and see it different ways. I've found this approach helpful both in teaching and in my own studying. I love teaching and learning, and I'm excited to help you do well in your own academic career!
