I am known to be a calm, patient and understanding instructor amongst my peers. I know math isn't for everybody, but I can help somebody endure a math class and come to appreciate it.

I am a science teacher and have taught at middle and high school. I am not satisfied until students understand content. I really like to relate material to life and what we encounter. This makes it more understandable and relevant to us individually. I have a plethora of strategies to aid in educating students.

I am a graduate of the University of Dubuque. I received my Bachelor of Science in Biology. I also received my Master of Arts in Missions & Discipleship with a focus on youth and young adults from the University of Dubuque Theological Seminary. While there as a graduate assistant, I taught a class for three semesters.

I am Mrs. Konya Watkins. I teach fourth-grade English and Language Arts. I have taught for 16 years and have been an ESOL-certified teacher since 2018. I have two years of experience teaching ELLs (English Language Learners) and classroom experience in the following grades: Pre-K, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades/All Subjects.

I am currently a certified teacher in the Florida public school system. I currently teach English to 10th graders. This is my 7th year teaching. I enjoy teaching students and watching them grow as students. I love making a difference in a student's life.
