Tutoring review by Leora-Dona in Parkland, FL
Today I worked with both students. Student K and I continued with his math lesson for the week, which was lesson 4- determining the missing numbers in multiplication and division. Again, this lesson was predominantly review for him and he worked through the practice problems with ease. We did agree that he will write his work in a more organized manner from here forward so that he and his teacher can follow his work easily. Student S and I worked on counting and exchanging money, identifying place values, and determining number patterns. He did pretty well with completing this lesson and seemed to understand the explanations to his questions as we worked.

Today the student worked on the assigned homework on the derivatives using the product rule and the quotient rule. The student was also assigned homework using the chain rule. He did very well and he demonstrates great understanding of the subject. He enjoys doing math. I felt confident when I left that the student will be able to complete his homework by tonight and do a very good job on it.
