He had difficulty translating stories to graphs and with the functions describing vertical and horizontal lines, so we will review that again in our next session. I left him with a sheet on labeling vertical and horizontal lines, their intersections, and their slopes. He really impressed me this week, both with his intuition/ability and engagement with more advanced material.
