As an AA graduate working towards my B.A.S degree in Cybersecurity, I am dedicated to learning and guiding others along their educational path. To learn more about me, my pronouns are they/them and I believe there's always something new to learn.I've been a tutor since 2018 and a library assistant since 2011. Helping others in their educational path has motivated me and will continue to. Some subject areas include sciences, real estate licensing, and even computer sciences. You've got goals and a path to your own personal success whatever that means to you. Learning doesn't just start with the reading, it begins with an open mind and patience with oneself through the process. Keep growing and most of all, keep believing in yourself.

I am a graduate from the University of South Florida. I received a Bachelor's of Science in Industrial Engineering last Spring, and I am planning to go back for a Master's degree in Engineering Management next fall. My mother is an elementary school teacher, and I have been tutoring students in her classrooms for over 10 years. She has taught me many different ways to approach a student's needs based on their particular learning style. I also have tutored academics both privately and for my high school, as well as teaching private music lessons. Although I am able to tutor many different levels and topics of English, science, history and test prep, my favorite subjects to tutor fall under mathematics. I firmly believe that having a strong grasp on mathematical concepts can be empowering and rewarding to students, and it can teach them methods to evaluate and analyze situations in their own lives. My tutoring style is to recognize the way the student learns (whether it be visually, kinetically, auditorily, etc.) and to deliver the information using that method in the most fun and encouraging way possible. I like to be creative and show the students that learning doesn't have to be boring. Outside of academia, I am a very musical person. I play guitar and sing, and I love to listen to music and go to concerts. I also enjoy reading (I am currently on the Game of Thrones series), playing and watching football, and spending time with my family and friends.

I am a recent graduate of the University of Central Florida where I attained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. I am passionate about the English language and understand the difficulties of the language that some may struggle to grasp. I also tutor History and have excessive experience in European and Art history in particular. My tutoring strategy consists of breaking subject material down into smaller steps and working with the student to create small goals, making it easier for them to see their progress and the direction they are heading in. In my spare time I love to read, paint, and cook; right now I am exploring traditional Spanish cuisine and attempting to create the perfect paella.

Hi! My name is Noor and I am so excited to meet you! I am a recent graduate from the University of South Florida with a bachelors degree in Biomedical Sciences and a minor in Infection Control. I graduated college with Magna Cum Laude and have taken many sciences, writing, and math courses. I also have experience in test prep which includes the MCAT, SAT, ACT, and other standardized testing.Throughout college, I offered my help to friends and family, which included, proofreading essays and step by step guidance in solving various math and science problems. I love tutoring because I know what it feels like to struggle in a subject. My goal is to be able to help students not only during our session, but in the long term in order to become a better and well-rounded student.I have many years of experience tutoring math, starting from when I was in elementary school. I was always assigned by the teacher to tutor my peers. In college, I was a private tutor for refugee children and would teach them pre-algebra and algebra. I considered myself a great tutor because I always teach my students various ways to solve a problem.I am easy to reach and respond quick to messages and emails. Please feel free to contact me to learn about my schedule and how I can help you succeed! I am willing to work with the student's schedules for personalized tutoring.

I am an undergraduate student at the University of South Florida, and am working towards my Bachelor of Sciences in Biomedical Sciences and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. While pursuing my degrees I have dabbled in a variety of academic interests, including Spanish, creative writing, and a little bit of film studies. As a member of the USF Chemistry Society, I have found it incredibly rewarding to be able to tutor students in science and mathematics, allowing me to learn how to work with students and their individual study habits. During my time at USF I have learned firsthand how valuable a good foundation of understanding can be in any subject, and am happy to help students work towards developing that foundation. When I am not in school or at work I enjoy practicing yoga, drawing (especially with chalk), and have recently become interested in lifting weights!

Hello! I am an undergraduate at the University of South Florida. Currently 1 course from graduating with a BSc in Physics. My best tutoring is when I am able to provide the "missing link" between the lecture material and what a textbook or other resource may have to say. This allows me to cover the underlying topics for a base without giving the entire lecture over, and gives you the best understanding of the topic.
