I am now certified in Florida for Math 5-12, including financial literacy, and Business Education and Marketing.

I am a student at the University of North Florida, and I will be graduating with both an accounting and finance degree in December. I have always had a passion for teaching and have tutored in subjects ranging from Calculus to SAT prep. However, as a UNF tutor and SI, I primarily assisted students with accounting classes. From high school accounting to upper level college courses, I am extremely comfortable with the accounting taught in school and would love to assist any with it.

I'm not studying or tutoring in Economics, I spend a lot of my other time attending and helping produce live theatre.

I am extremely proud of. I am currently employed at a local CPA firm where I apply my accounting skills on a daily basis while gaining valuable experience that I can bring to my students in our sessions. I am a dedicated, intelligent, resourceful and hardworking individual who's willing to go above and beyond to ensure my students succeed in their accounting courses.

I am not a perfect tutor, if those exist, so I will make mistakes as we learn together. For all these reasons, I prefer students who want to learn vs. those who only want answers. If you are the latter, we will not be a great match and our sessions will be miserable. I have a very flexible method of teaching which is based on your needs. So let's go on this adventure together while we learn from each other.

I am a graduate of the University of Central Florida. I hold a degree in Psychology as well as a minor in Social Sciences education. I am qualified to teach Social Sciences grades 6-12 in the state of Florida, and I am currently employed as a substitute teacher in Orange County. Education is my passion, and I am always looking for creative ways to ensure that students that I have the privilege of working with have ample opportunities for success in any subject area.

I am working up to running Disney's 5K and 10K marathons to raise additional funds for causes. RunDisney is doing virtual runs due to COVID-19. Hope to pound the theme park paths in future short distance RunDisney marathons. Loves Italian Greyhounds and micro pigs, but I'm a fan of most dogs. Also, the amateur photographer and family historian. Most recently converted 8mm films to YouTube for my family far and wide to enjoy.

I am very thorough in the material and diligently work, while being patient, to make sure each student is understanding the lessons because I know everyone has a unique way he/she processes and learns.

I am perhaps the most passionate about young people completing their education because I am fully aware of the distractions which coerce them to abandon their educational goals; many not having the opportunity to later correct that decision.
