I am a student at Columbia University in New York, studying Computer Science and Biochemistry. I offer person-centered learning approaches in the subjects of ACT prep, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science, Spanish, English, Writing, Psychology and other areas.

I am 3 courses away from a BS in Computer Science and I'm currently working on a real-life project involving web development, databases, and Android development. A large part of this project requires explaining technical concepts to coworkers who don't have the same technical background I do.

I am working with DeVry University to come back and teach evening Computer Science classes once again. I am comfortable with tutoring and teaching one on one, online and in a class room environment from DeVry University and now with Varsity Tutors as well.

I am a professional oil painter, and I feel dissatisfied at times while I'm painting. I am a 3rd year preschool teacher and I love working with the youngest little learners! I am passionate about helping students thrive and succeed in their educational journey. Not only do I want to help you learn the material you are wanting to learn but I want you to feel confident in your abilities and enjoy what you are learning!

I am interested in Physics and Mathematics and working out practical problems from plumbing to electronics. I will someday go back for my Ph.D. in Physics but until then I am looking to grow as an engineer or computer programmer.
