Listen most people do not like to be judged or think negatively when you present something. That is the thing we fear when asking for feedback. We always have a need for validation of some way so we like to have at least empathy and hope from someone one else. That’s why when giving feedback the best to receive is learning how enhancing something you already made. We need that validation that we are in the right track and if not-that guidance to the right track. Yes some may be harsh but should be the one to where they care about what you are working and if they are not impressed work that hard where they actually look. As I art student I face that almost everyday. I’m constantly getting feedback to teachers we need to show that we actually care about our work and they provide tricks and tips from experience. With within in the art industry, networking is essential, knowing many different types of people and if there’s so many people theirs is also many opinions and experience that everyone has. When getting feedback, you need to be open to anything to see if you like and if not you at least have that knowledge. That’s the most important thing cause you don’t when your life is going to change. So try to be open and take criticism.
