If I could give one piece of advice to my past self, I would tell myself to do what I want to do for me and not care what others think. This would mean a lot to my past self because in the past I would see things I would want to do but felt I would be judged by others so I didn't and lived with regret. To anyone who struggles with this it will be ok just remember to do things for you and no matter what you do people will have something to say. I would also tell myself it is not easy and it takes time so do little things to take it slowly to build up your confidence. Another reason I would say this for is because if everybody did what they wanted for them they would probably be in better, bigger situations. Then in the end it all comes to an end so why care, in 100 years from now nobody is going to think or care about the little things you did. Sad truth nobody cares about you because they have their own lives and everybody messes up. If I do something I liked and messed up who cares what people think at least I tried and learned a lesson while everybody else is too.
