I am a recent certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) and graduated with my Masters of Medical Science at Lincoln Memorial University - Debusk College of Osteopathic Medicine on August of 2019. I earned two degrees at Florida Atlantic University (B.S. in Biology & B.S. in Neuroscience and Behavior). Before attending PA school, I worked as a medical assistant for children and adult orthopedic practices.My method for tutoring students to effectively pass the PANCE comes from personal experience. Along with my peers, I was introduced to a successful method that covers every content within the PANCE blueprint. There are numerous mnemonics and strategies that I have learned along the way that will help tremendously. I taught AP Human Geography for 4 years at the high school level, and IB Social and Cultural Anthropology SL for 12 years . Since retiring last June, I found that I missed student contact and the chance to help students achieve their goals. I had excellent test score results for both AP Human Geography and IB Social and Cultural Anthropology SL. Therefore, tutoring seems to offer an opportunity to continue doing what I love, but on a part-time basis.

I graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Physical Science and Master's degree in Computational Science. Though I now have an in-depth understanding of mathematics topics ranging from elementary-level work to advanced college courses, math did not come easily to me in middle or high school. The same is true for programming; my now-extensive experience began with a confused and overwhelmed college freshman. I am a firm believer that every student is capable of success in STEM courses at any age, but that different students require different styles and paces of teaching, as was my case. I greatly value working with each individual to figure out a learning method that will lead them toward success and hope my near-decade of tutoring experience has allowed me to develop the tools needed to get them there.
