The study strategy that has had the biggest impact on my academic success is taking my time and making sure I actually understand what I am learning. In the past, I would get overwhelmed when I had a lot of work to do, and sometimes I would just rush through it. I realized that rushing was not helping me learn or remember anything.One thing that helps me the most is breaking my work into smaller parts. Instead of trying to finish everything at once, I focus on one assignment or one topic at a time. I also like to write things down, reread my notes, and ask for help when I do not understand something. Taking breaks also helps me stay focused because I can come back to my work with a clearer mind.This strategy has made a big difference in my grades and my confidence. I have learned that asking for help does not mean I am not smart. It means I care enough about my education to keep trying. School has not always been easy for me, but I have learned how to work through the difficult moments instead of giving up. Seeing myself improve has made me believe that I can accomplish more than I thought I could. My biggest lesson is that success does not happen overnight. It comes from being patient with yourself, putting in the effort, and continuing to try even when things get hard.
