This upcoming school year, my biggest aspiration is to grow in confidence both in my music and in myself. I want to challenge myself creatively, improve my skills, and take every opportunity I can to learn and connect with others who share the same passion. I want to finally feel like I’m on the right path not just chasing a dream, but building it step by step. What motivates me is deeper than ambition. I’ve never had much support from my family. I’ve always been the black sheep, the one who got overlooked, the one whose dreams were never taken seriously. My parents had their favorite, and I wasn’t it. Any time I shared a vision for myself, it was met with doubt or silence. No one has ever told me I’d be great. That kind of rejection can either break you or build you and I’ve chosen to let it build me. Music is more than a talent for me it’s my purpose. It’s the one thing that makes me feel seen, heard, and understood. This year, I want to get closer to becoming the artist I know I can be. I want to turn all the pain and rejection I’ve felt into fuel, into lyrics, into success. I’m motivated by the chance to become everything no one ever believed I could be. I know it won’t be easy, but I’m ready to show up, stay focused, and give it everything I’ve got. I know I’m meant for more than the cards I have been dealt in life and I will prove that to myself most of all.
