One of the most valuable changes technology has brought to my education is accessibility. When I began using online learning platforms, I discovered that I could revisit lessons, clarify topics I didn’t fully understand, and study at my own pace. Whether through Google Classroom, Canvas, or online video tutorials, technology allowed me to reinforce classroom learning and explore subjects in greater depth. This flexibility became especially important during the transition to hybrid and remote learning, when digital tools became the primary bridge between students and teachers. Technology has also enhanced collaboration. Group projects no longer require everyone to meet in person at the same time. Shared documents, digital presentations, and communication platforms have made it possible to work together seamlessly, even with different schedules. More importantly, they mirror how collaboration works in modern workplaces, where communication often happens across digital platforms. In subjects like political science and history, interactive maps and online archives have helped me visualize data and understand connections that textbooks alone cannot show. Finally, technology has made learning more inclusive. In my classrooms, these tools have allowed more students to participate fully and feel confident in their abilities.
