Choosing to study Business comes from my interest in understanding how organizations operate, grow, and create value within the economy. A passion for leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational efficiency. Business appeals to because it economics, management, marketing, finance, and human behavior that are making decisions in any enterprise. An achievement to not only master management principles but also to understand people, systems, and the ethical responsibility every business leader holds. My motivation also comes from witnessing challenges with small businesses in my community. Many local entrepreneurs have strong ideas, but they lack knowledge in planning, budgeting, and marketing skills that can make a difference between success and failure. I want to become someone who can combine analytical reasoning with empathy by helping organizations while creating sustainable opportunities for others. This has my determination to pursue my career in Business as my field of study. I believe that collaboration and problem-solving are essential to becoming an effective leader. Business encourages these skills through teamwork, communication, and data-driven decision-making. Academic growth, I am looking forward to learning from my professors with diverse industry experience and from peers with different perspectives. Discussing ideas, responding to blogs, and testing strategies together create an environment of collaborative nature of business. I am confident that this learning experience will give me the confidence and competence to take on leadership roles. My career objectives are to begin in a management or consulting role where I can apply my education to analyze operations, optimize performance, and contribute to long-term planning. When I manage to get the hang of it, I aspire to take on greater leadership responsibilities like managing teams, strategizing for organizational growth, and guiding companies through innovation and change. My long-term goals is to establish my own business or consultancy focusing on helping small enterprises achieve stability and expansion.
