What makes a student body president successful? well, for starters they need to be great role models,have fair and justifiable rules, and most importantly,they need to listen to their audience or in this case, their classmates. As a student body president I would listen to what others think needs improvement and what needs to stay the way it is. A student body president can only make so many people happy and content with their changes and ideas which is why I feel that my number one positive impact for the school would for these students to be heard, as well all know that feeling of being left in the dark with what feels like no one that wants to listen or help.To do this I would implement more guidance counselors and even observe daily life on campus by interaction with other students on campus and making sure they know they are heard and appreciated.I would also be quick to these ideas and waste no time because as a student myself I understand the need for things to get done and to be accomplished as I am running for president, not walking. Being quick doesn't always mean fast to the new thing though, I would still like for my fellow classmates to know that I will not just push off their suggestions and needs as they are what brings life to the school and I want my actions to represents their needs so that they fulfill their college purpose with intent and integrity everyday.Overall, I would just like to improve the voices and the needs or even sometimes wants students have so that we all feel connected and prepared to take on the challenges that life already has to offer.
