Don’t feel compelled to do what you think others want you to do or think you should do. Make choices that make mom and dad and Uncle Eamon proud. People have your back, you have your back and if mistakes happen, let them. You started your own pet-sitting company and families trust you with their furry babies! That is huge! Don’t feel like you need to act differently to impress others. Your genuine self has achieved so much. Now you are interacting with assisted living residents teaching them American Sign Language. Over 80 hours and almost a year long have put a smile on the residents' face and your own take aways are priceless. Their words of wisdom are valuable. You make their day a little brighter and leave each time feeling appreciated.

I guess what I want my younger self to know is to remind them of goals achieved, dedicated volunteer hours and job various job interviews completed. What I have learned is when I was told something, it was not always impactful. It is when I see an action or recall a situation that has a bigger impact. My younger self needs to see that crystal ball of what has happened and potentially what is to come.
