A study strategy or learning method that has the greatest impact on my academic success would be time management. I am a student athlete and a straight-A student and time management has helped me through it. Writing down when I have tests, studying exactly what I need, and still being able to commit to the sports I play makes it easier and organized. I stay after school almost every day until about 6 pm, so I complete homework and studying around 9-10 pm and ensure I am in bed by 11 to get 8 hours of sleep. This routine helps me focus every day in school, even when I am tired. Time management has the greatest impact on my academic success because it helps make sure I am not forgetting anything and it made high school work and life better. It helps me make sure I am staying on track of what is important. Having everything in order helps ensure I get everything done on time and I am not submitting assignments late, I am getting enough study time for tests, and still being able to play sports. Time management has helped me be more responsible and committed to both my work and sports and I am grateful I developed this skill.
