There are many ways technology has made an impact on me at school. Most of the technology I use at school helps me stay organized, keep track of assignments, and keep up in each of the classes I take. A few good examples of this are chrome books and smartboards. These all help make learning easier and make assignments accessible. Technology has made it easier to learn and follow along in class.
Chromebooks and computers are a big part of my school. Each classroom has their own set because every class uses them often. The teachers put their assignments on Canvas which helps me keep up in that class if I miss a day. This piece of technology also lets me access helpful websites like Canva, Google Drive, and Google Keep. All of these help me keep my assignments organized and give me templates I can use to make my assignments more structured.
On the other hand, smartboards are more for the teacher's use. They help teachers present their lessons in a more engaging way. It’s helpful to actually see the notes and examples then try to write down everything they say as they say it. It makes it easier to follow along with the lesson and tends to stick better in my brain when I can hear it, see it, and write it down. This helps me keep track in the classroom.
Overall, technology has made a big impact on me at school. It has helped me keep track of and complete assignments easily as the school year goes on. Technology has given me the tools I need to succeed and as technology gets better, so will schools.
