I'm a dedicated, free-spirited educator dedicated to pushing students to be the best version of themselves they can be. I've worked in public education for two years as a high school teacher and seek outside opportunities to help individual students as much as I already do in my own classroom.

Teaching is my passion. When I am not tutoring for Varsity Tutors, I work in medical research. I love the idea of helping patients feel better and especially kids. If I had to say something about my outlook, it is that I am thankful for what I do, privileged to be part of so many lives, and hopeful that my skills will make a difference.

With over two years experience tutoring in creative writing, reading, history, and test prep, I am focused on improving fundamental study skills through a practical, hands-on approach. This includes imbedding real-world applications into every lesson to inspire students and spark their latent curiosity. I received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard in 2018 and currently live in Los Angeles, CA.

...my graduation I spent over two years teaching as a member of the Peace Corps in Tanzania. I taught hundreds of secondary school students both math and physics. Now, having returned to the US, I am anticipating starting a master's program in the fall. When I'm not working I enjoy playing and watching basketball, reading and exercise.
