I'm a senior, pursuing my bachelor of science at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology.
My teaching style includes asking questions so I can better understand how to best help you, being patient while providing examples to provide understanding of a question or idea, complimenting said person of getting a concept right and doing well on a task (because people need a little affirmation to know they are doing well and can be too hard on themselves at times), and walking students through a problem and challenging them a bit if they show understanding and want to go at a faster pace.
I believe everyone needs time, guidance, and nourishment in order to best grow into the person they desire to be. It takes time to better yourself. Starting something new is usually difficult or easy for some, but continuing to do something that proves to be hard and discouraging is one of the hardest things to do in life.
I wish to help instill a "never say die" attitude by aiding you in the skills I love that you wish to learn.
When I'm not tutoring my primary passions, I focus the secondary ones: growing a vegetable garden, cooking and eating from said place, studying how famous game designers create games and using their wisdom to hone my own skills and writing down my own game ideas and others like them. I also read books about improving yourself, sketch birds, trees and other nature themed subjects, play games on PC and write papers to record my thoughts on topics that interest me.
All students have the greatness inside them to perform well; I will help them see that and they will be more confident to use their power for themselves.
I work remotely only.
