Hello! I received an Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of the Ozarks in Clarksville, Arkansas. Because of my degree, I am extremely qualified to tutor different subjects in mathematics. I do great in Algebra, Calculus, and Geometry because I love those subjects as much as I understand them.While I was obtaining my degree I worked through a school program to tutor fellow students in Algebra and Calculus. I worked with them step by step to help them understand the concepts so they could succeed on their own. I believe that the purpose of a tutor is not to do the work of student, but to help the student develop skills to properly understand what is happening and how to do the work.When I am not tutoring or talking about math or other sciences, I am playing video games, exercising, reading, or writing scifi/fantasy. I am a nerd, and a proud one, and I love to help others.

Having tutored the past 4 years by helping friends through college, I understand how to help with different ages and subjects. I graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and will be pursuing a Master in Business Administration from Fort Hays State University. My style of tutoring is trial and error through hands on learning. I like to teach students material and then empower them to learn from their mistakes. I believe that this helps the concepts to be better absorbed and remembered by the student. With this being said, I also love to encourage my students while they learn so that they do not get discouraged. I enjoy learning and growing so that I can reach my full potential in life and I want to help my students to the same!
