Tutoring review by Samuel in Alton, IL
This session began with a continued review of limits, and ended with a review of the chain rule. The main challenge we encountered in this session was looking at the multiplicity of the numerator and denominator of functions of the form f(x)/g(x) for a proper analysis of the limit when the function would go to infinity. Overall, the student had a positive attitude and seems to be grasping the concepts. The student was advised to use unassigned problems in the textbook as additional practice. Future sessions will happen twice per weekend, with the first one focusing on the week that has passed and the second session focusing on the week that is coming up.
