I am the kind of person who believe in the vitality of Education. Education is a tool that can make us to be a full human. And the taste and flavor of education has to be deep rooted during our Infant elementary school or High school. in the track of our learning Journey Mathematics played a great goal. Mathematics is a subject by it's own but found in every subjects and in our daily routine applications as a tool. in my assumption a student who is loving Mathematics and eager to know it are the ones who surly succeeded in this Journey. I am always keen and interested to bring this positive Attitude for those don't have before ,and to assist those who have it before , keep it longer.

I am a graduate from Lone Star College and later WGU, from which I received a Bachelor's in IT Management. While I originally thought my career would be in IT, I spent much of the following months doing work for Lone Star's disabilities office for students, and later tutoring work. Teaching is something I have a passion for but was encouraged away from initially, so it's been very exciting to be able to tutor on a larger scale like this. I believe teaching is about growing an understanding of subjects and sharpening one's intellect and critical thinking, not just memorization, and I also believe that everyone has a different learning style, and so teaching one-on-one needs to be specialized and flexible. While I can confidently tutor most subjects outside of math, I particularly enjoy English and writing subjects due to the amazing things one can do with words, and I also love History and Science subjects, purely for how fascinating they are. In my spare time I involve myself a lot with computers and coding, as well as plants and cooking, but when I need to calm down nothing beats reading a book with my cat.

College Math Tutor • +7 Subjects

I am a graduate of Brandeis University with a BA in Computer Science and a Security+ certification from CompTIA. I offer tutoring in high school math, including but not limited to algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and calculus. My goal is to become a high school math teacher. While math can be a challenging subject, it can also be deeply rewarding. Math has countless applications in fields ranging from finance, engineering, science, health, technology/computation, data analysis, AI, economics, and many more areas. I firmly believe that with enough practice students can improve their grades and understanding of math.Math is best understood by doing. Once a concept is explained and demonstrated, students should then try to solve problems to see if they understand the ideas involved or if they need to spend some more time on the material before advancing to the next concept.
