I am a concentrator in the History of Science which involves the study of the development of knowledge. It is amazing to see how systems and thought evolve. History of Science has been amazing in changing my consideration of what is science and who gets a chance to live in our world which inspired my change to the non-medical path of history of science towards public health.

I am an 8th grade Language Arts teacher with a passion for reading and writing. I love the way reading a novel can pick you up and bring you anywhere. Someplace magical, someplace mysterious. I am married and have three beautiful daughters. I graduated with a Bachelor in Math Education in 2000 and a Masters in Math in 2003 from Fairfield University. I have been teaching high school for over 20 years. The subjects I have taught ranged from elementary math to Trigonometry. I love to help children learn math and succeed in math.
