I am a VCU graduate pursuing my career in teaching. I am incredibly passionate about literature and history and I want to impart my knowledge on to others. I am a Social Studies Teacher in Henrico County, Virginia. I currently teach Word History I and US Government. Teaching history, for me, is about making the past relevant to the present so that people are able to see how their world has been shaped by the past and to better understand the world around us.
