I am passionate about helping students because I believe in the evolutionary power of education. Witnessing students grow, develop new skills, and achieve their goals brings me immense fulfillment. Throughout my journey, I have gained valuable experience working with students from diverse backgrounds. I have served as a building Substitute at Silvermine Dual Language Magnet School, where I had the opportunity to engage with students of varying abilities and cultural backgrounds. This experience allowed me to test and strengthen my proficiency in both English and Spanish. I received my Bachelor's degree in English: Creative Writing, and I am excited to further my education at Fairfield U by pursuing a Master's degree in English: Creative Writing. I am proficient in tutoring English, Elementary Spanish, and even Science. This broad range of subjects reflects my versatile knowledge and ability to adapt to different student needs. My teaching philosophy revolves around the belief that education is crucial for an improved quality of life. I aim to instill an appreciation for education in all my students, emphasizing the importance of lifelong learning and personal growth. In terms of tutoring style, I strive to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, exploring their interests, and actively participating in the learning process. This job is not my first time tutoring, I have tutored in person for the past two years. I have experience with Special Education and General Education.

Outside of academics, I enjoy reading , playing video games to relax, I like going to the gym. These activities provide a balance to my academic pursuits and allow me to bring a well-rounded perspective to my tutoring sessions.
