The goal of my teaching is always to show the joy of making and consuming music and art in any form it takes. For me, this means creating a democratic space that celebrates every student and amplifies every voice. Students and teachers must create joyful spaces together: from me, my students should receive the tools they need to be joyful musicians, creatives, and humans.

While a music teacher, I very much consider making music a core hobby of mine. I am also an avid sewist and artist. In short, I love to create things and decorate spaces, whether that's with sound or visual art.
