I received my Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. I am a graduate student of Grand Canyon University in pursuit of my Masters in School Counseling. During my undergraduate studies I studies abroad in Costa Rica. This experience gave me a new outlook on education and the importance of learning and taking opportunities given to us in the United States. After graduation I was in the sales industry but after the birth of my first child I became a teacher. I have found my passion in seeing student excel. With the school district I have worked in, I mostly help struggling students in the subject of ELA and Reading. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about English, Literature, and Math. In my experience helping struggling students prepare for Standardized Tests, we always seem to have the most fun (with remarkable advancements) prepping for the Critical Reading and Writing portions of the exams. I am a firm believer that every child can exceed the requirements and excel in learning if it is broken down in a way in which understanding made realistic to them.

I enjoy church and gymnastics.
