About Me

I am a proud alumna of Stuyvesant High School and received my Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Spanish from Binghamton University. In the past I have taught ESL to adults in Peru, conducted one-on-one tutoring sessions for students with special needs, and headed classrooms of up to 20 students covering a variety of subjects. My favorite subjects to teach are English and Standardized Test Prep, although I am qualified to teach an array of topics. I try to tailor my lesson plans to my students and to incorporate their interests whenever possible. I have a passion for knowledge, color coding, and museums. Outside of academia, my interests include traveling, cooking/baking, poetry of all sorts, and photography. I hope to visit all Seven Wonder of the World someday and look forward to meeting you.
