I graduated from The George Washington University with a BS degree in Cellular and Molecular biology with a philosophy minor in mind-brain studies. I have tutored high school and college students struggling with STEM subjects such as biology, chemistry, earth science, Pre-calculus, geometry, and algebra. I have also tutored US and World history courses. I am a trained university learning assistant (ULA). ULAs assist students by enforcing techniques of teaching that cause students to use metacognition and reasoning skills. I am passionate about education as it is a fundamental human right. I am very experienced in teaching students with IEPs as well as other learning impediments. Every student matters!
