I'm an incoming sophomore in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University. I've been tutoring since my junior year in high school and self-tutored for the SAT/ACT, so I can help you get the score you want.

I am currently a first year graduate student at Columbia's Mailman School of Public Health working towards my Masters in Public Health in environmental health sciences. For my undergraduate, I attended Fordham University and received a Bachelors degree in both biology and anthropology. I know how difficult advanced science and math classes can be on top of other studies, and I am really looking to work through these issues with potential students. I am available for sessions in biology, chemistry, physics, as well as a range of math levels. I am also available for SAT, PSAT, and ACT prep. I have ample experience with academic writing, so I can work with students through many different types of assessments. I know that the subjects I tutor can be frustrating and difficult at time, so I believe in low pressure tutoring where we can delve into the material and move at whatever pace the student needs.

I am a rising junior at Boston University majoring in Psychology. I have experience tutoring middle schoolers one-on-one in algebra and writing. I am also fluent in Korean, and have experience teaching elementary and middle school students Korean. Tutoring is a very rewarding job for me; I feel a rush of excitement when I help a student finally understand a concept. Therefore, I am a very thorough instructor, and am determined to help my students using every possible resource and method. Furthermore, I have had extensive experience being tutored throughout my academic career, and am well aware of the value of a good tutor. I'm a rising junior at Harvard College. I study African American Studies with a secondary in Women's Studies and I am pursuing a language citation in Spanish. I aspire to one day go to business school. When I am not doing work, I can typically be found reading, writing, or dancing.

I am a Mount Holyoke College graduate with a degree in Neuroscience and Philosophy. As an alum of a liberal arts institution, I have gained a passion for teaching from previous my mentors and experiences. Therefore, I would like to use this platform to support young students in their academic goals and endeavors. I have 6+ years of experience tutoring in STEM and Humanities from grades K-12. I also have experience tutoring in college level Biology and Chemistry classes. As a NYC native, and a Bronx High School of Science graduate I understand that students are constantly under pressure and competition. I am currently a 3rd year doctoral candidate at the University of Oxford. I previously attended the Yale School of Public Health and earned a Master of Public Health in Health Policy with a concentration in Global Health. I also hold two Bachelors degrees - a B.A. in political science and a B.A. in biology - from Vassar College. I have been a tutor for twelve years and enjoy teaching very much. I have taught both graduate and undergraduate level courses at Yale as well as multiple courses at Oxford. Some of my favorite activities include traveling, dancing (classical ballet, pointe), and playing baseball.

I'm about to start as a freshman at Swarthmore College, to pursue a double major in Classical Studies and Linguistics. I was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and now live in Riverdale. I spent this past year in Israel, studying spoken Ancient Greek and Biblical Hebrew, and performing in an amateur production of First Date: The Musical.

I am a recent graduate from a masters program in biostatistics at Columbia University. I received my Bachelor of Arts in biological sciences, with a focus in neurobiology at Northwestern University. In August, I will be starting a doctoral program in biostatistics at NYU. I was a teaching assistant at Columbia University in my department and also have tutored graduate students and undergraduates privately as well. My primary areas of tutoring are math and statistics coursework in addition to math sections on standardized tests such as the GRE and GMAT. I am very passionate about helping students feel more confident and excited about math. In my spare time, I enjoy running, playing piano, and spending time with friends and family.

I am an interdisciplinary educator with an Ed.M. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a B.A. from Dartmouth College. My background is primarily in integrated arts learning and museum education and I specialize in visual arts, history and art history, and object-based learning. In all subjects, I take a creative, inquiry-based and learner-centered approach, designing opportunities for each unique individual to meet their learning goals.

I am currently attending New York University where I am pursuing a degree in Finance and Statistics. I have previous experience tutoring individuals in math, a subject I have always excelled at academically. My knowledge and interest in mathematics, makes it easy for me to frame and deconstruct seemingly complicated concepts and theories in ways students will be able to understand and remember. Outside of academia I enjoy playing tennis, going to movies, and spending time with friends and family.
