I am proud to say my student made it on the school honor roll for the first time. I view tutoring as a form of giving back to my community and as a mutual learning experience for me and my student. I am the first person in my family to be born in the United States. My entire family are immigrants and it was only recently that my last remaining family members came over from China. This meant that growing up I was the eldest of all the children in my family. Being an only child myself, I had a lot of responsibility to take care and help raise my cousins who are all younger. My interest and experience in tutoring comes from helping my cousins through school.

I'm Craig Lanzoni, a former corporate finance guy who was introduced to teaching when a colleague asked me to present a lecture on International Finance to his business class at The Westchester Business Institute (now The College of Westchester).

I am a graduate of Princeton University, where I earned a bachelor's degree in economics. My work experience includes 5+ years as an investment analyst at a private wealth management firm and 18 months at a digital media start-up. I first began tutoring in high school and have successfully helped many middle school and high school students improve their grades and/or prepare for standardized tests.

I am adept in mathematics (elementary, middle school, and high school) and science. My on-the-job experience has also afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including first-rate communication and presentation skills. I excel at multitasking the multiple learning needs of each student, developing materials, reporting on progress, and managing educational time.

I am a Duke University graduate in Economics and Computer Science. I am currently pursuing an MBA degree at the Yale School of Management. I have worked in the financial field, both at a management consulting firm and a fortune 500 company. My hobbies include playing and coaching soccer.

I am an undergraduate business student at Babson College. For years, I have tutored a variety of subjects from writing to accounting. In high school, I participated in volunteer tutoring through the National Honors Society. Even other involvements, such as coaching the debate team, taught me how to convey information and reach understanding with others. As a college student, I am paid to tutor Accounting and teach entrepreneurship and often find myself running study groups among peers.
