Aside from my academic interests, I also enjoy traveling and photography, as well as learning about other cultures. I also enjoy finding cool coffee shops, going on hikes, and practicing yoga.In the past, I have tutored students through Kumon Education Company. I have also been a teaching assistant for a scientific writing class, as well as tutored peers throughout my undergrad. I also was given the opportunity to teach English in Bolivia last summer. My favorite subjects to tutor are Math and English, because I think both subjects can be mastered through practice, and don't necessarily require memorization.
