My 12th grade Pre-Calculus class by Valerie - July 2026 Scholarship Essay

I achieved by doing a test in my pre-calculus class. While I was taking this class, it was so hard for me to do some of the practice problems and not understanding what the problem is about. I overcome my challenges. How I overcome it is that I go to another classroom to do my test to concrete, plus needing more time because I have an IEP. While I take the test, I lookover my notes and use them to help me on how to do the steps. I learn how to solve it little by little. After I finished with my test, I checked on it one more time to make sure. When I finished looking over it, I go back to my class, and I turn it to my teacher. After a couple of weeks, I got my test and I was so happy that I achieved on it that I didn't know because I thought it would be hard for me. I was very proud of myself that I make it through and got a better grade on it and a better grade for that class. The score that I got for the test is a 3/4. I would get 2/4 or 1/4 because some of the tests would be hard and I tried to use my notes to help me on it, I checked on my grade and figure out how I could achieve this to get my grade up. Some of the things I would get a bad grade, I would practice more and to do my corrections. I would need help doing my corrections by going to tutoring. It would help me a lot and understand more and I would retake it again.
