I was recently accepted into a highly competitive, limited-access program that admits only 30 students out of more than 100 applicants. From the start, I have made it my mission to take my education seriously and set a high standard for myself and my peers. I am driven to excel academically, aiming to be at the top of my class, remain on the deans list for the remainder of my college career, but my motivation extends beyond my own success. I want to inspire my classmates to approach their studies with the same dedication, knowing that our shared goal is to graduate and pass the national board exam together.

To encourage and support my peers, I have created detailed cheat sheets to help everyone prepare for exams, stepped up as a leader when answering questions in class, and been the first to volunteer as a model for demonstrations. These actions not only help create a collaborative learning environment but also reinforce my own skills—something I know will be essential in my future career as a physical therapist assistant. My classmates have recognized my commitment and leadership by nominating me as class president, a role I am honored to hold. This trust fuels my determination to continue motivating others, fostering teamwork, and leading by example so that we all can achieve success.
