I have been tutoring since I was an undergraduate. I tutor math, Japanese, reading and writing, and SAT prep. I am interested in helping you achieve your goals and see results. I can be strict but I am also gentle and encouraging. My hobbies and interests include karate, drawing, reading, and playing the piano.

I've been teaching, tutoring, and helping people develop their potential and skills since I was seventeen, when I began sharing Shakespeare with children. I've worked with students from preschool to adult, in settings from community centers, churches, and university. I delight in seeing someone master a concept and increase their self-esteem.
