I am currently working towards my masters degree in education from Cleveland State University. Right now I'm working full time as a research associate at a biotech company in Cleveland, but I've been tutoring part time since my early college years. I've also spent a lot of one-on-one time with students while coaching high school sailing and instructing summer camps.

I am also well-versed in test preparation such as SAT and ACT exam preparation. When tutoring math, I have several different techniques that cater to a variety of students, but overall, I like to keep concepts simple and fun to learn. I am a MBA/CMA with over 30 years of both industrial accounting (Controller and CFO) of many midsized industrial companies. I addition I have taught (primarily as an adjunct at both 4 year and community colleges.

I am a chemical and environmental engineer of long experience who has a knack for explaining science and math concepts in ways that students can understand, helping them to get the concepts. I also help students with their homework in all those areas. While my strong suit is math and science, I can also help explain concepts in English, writing, history, and social studies, as well as edit/proofread papers as needed.

I am an undergraduate student at Emory University majoring in Neuroscience and Chemistry. I was a learning assistant for two intro biology courses at Emory, and provided homework help for child refugees in the non-profit Fugees Academy.
