About Me

I graduated from Minnesota State University in Mankato with a bachelor's degree in education and Psychology. I enjoy learning and reading about new things that challenge how I think and work. I bring that hunger for knowledge to your tutoring sessions. Together we will build your personal learning plan that will help us stay on track to meet your goal. Your plan will also allow for concentrated time on a topic or subject where you may need some additional support. Our tutoring sessions will be comfortable and collaborative and will build to your success. What are your goals? For any students working with Business Law, Business Ethics, Employment Law and HR principals, I would be a good resource for you. I would like to offer a study group for those HR leaders who are interested in preparing for the SHRM CP test. I have way more years in business management then I'm comfortable in admitting to. That experience includes budgeting, employee relations, business ethics, reasonable suspicion, documentation and the progressive discipline process. If you're a people leader and your team would benefit from an Employment Law update along with leave training that encompasses, FMLA, Short Term Disability and Work Comp. I will tailor that session to your specification. I am available for adult literacy and comprehension tutoring as well.
