Hello! My name is Steven Freund and I am passionate about teaching and life-long learning. I obtained my BA in Spanish Education in 2010 from Concordia College and my MA in Intercultural Studies in 2021 from Kairos University.

I am a creative, experienced teacher and have had the opportunity to teach in a variety of diverse classroom settings. My teaching experience has included teaching both middle and high school Spanish in public and private schools throughout Minnesota, Colorado and Florida. My wife Jennifer and I also had the opportunity to live in Peru for 2.5 years while working with South America Mission.

I am fluent in Spanish and understand the challenges of language learning. I also understand the rewards of knowing another language and it is my goal to help others see their individual potential to be bilingual and enjoy the process. My goal for students is to make language learning not only a successful experience but an enjoyable one as well.
