Quality Engineering and Management of procedures using QC and QA through best practices. Commissioning, auditing and validation experience with a track record of improvements made to industry. Currently working as a Reliability Centered Shift Manager for US Steel. My work involves managing technical crews to keep the steel production work running 24/7. Training them and making sure the equipment is maintained and then repair high voltage distribution equipment. I support night and day crews, so my teaching availability will vary, based on urgent situations at work.
