I am a certified HR professional with 10 years of experience across a wide range of specializations including employee relations, leaves of absence, multi-state payroll operations, and legal immigration. I am a graduate of Yale University, with a passion for helping students gain admission to their college of choice through admissions essay review and feedback. My teaching style involves learning new concepts by way of real life examples and scenarios, good humor, and a no-stupid-questions mindset.
