I am a Winter 2020 graduate of Wayne State College in Nebraska. I received my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Special Education. After graduation, I worked as a 6th grade Special Education Teacher in Lincoln, Nebraska. Our model was co-taught, so I have experience working with students who have a variety of needs and learning styles. When I was in elementary school, I struggled with math and science; however, they are now my strongest subjects and I'm very passionate about helping others learn that it doesn't have to be as boring or challenging as you think it does. I believe that education is one of the most important things a person can attain, because no one can take knowledge or experiences away from you. In my spare time, I help women achieve their health and fitness goals as an online personal trainer. I'm passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and helping others discover how much it can positively impact their lives.
