I am a graduate of St. Olaf College where I received a Bachelor of Arts with majors in Kinesiology and Political Science while also taking premedical coursework. I currently am pursuing my Master's degree in Exercise and Rehabilitation Sciences before I attend medical school. I am very passionate about learning and teaching. While I am a younger tutor, I have numerous hours teaching and coaching ages six to undergraduate college students. My favorite subjects to teach are physiology, anatomy, biochemistry, and political science. I have numerous academic interests and I believe in fostering a passion for learning in my students. My teaching philosophy consists of developing the student and the person. Through developing personal attributes, characteristics such as integrity and studiousness may be created. It is my goal to help students understand their content and enable them to make connections with whatever they may be passionate about outside of the classroom.
