My career has been built on encouraging and coaching others to succeed. I have an eclectic background including a BA in General Studies from Louisiana State University and a Masters in Organization Management from Capella University. Over the years, I've worked with ESL learners, disabled adults, and students in face-to-face and online classes. I'm committed to meeting learners where they are and helping them to get to where they want to be.
