I am a graduate of Kaplan University now known as Purdue Global University. I have received my Master of Science in Management with a focus on Organizational Development & Design. . My experience in tutoring began as a student in High School as a peer tutor for History. Thereafter, working as a tutor for SUNY New Paltz College to rural students to obtain their GED. Since graduation, I now train in the things I love and am passionate about, and that's my cooking and on professional decision-making skills and how to become a better Manager for for-profit and non-profit organizations. This is where my passion lies and my Motto is " When you do something you love, you will do it well and your gift will make room for you to succeed". Having a passion for cooking, I started my own mobile catering company 3 years ago called 'Oh! Shyttcatering LLC'. I am a certified Food Handler and have cooked for various organizations and events. My creative food creations can be found on Instagram under my business name. I auditioned for Masterchef at the Dallas Art Institute in 2018 and have competed in the "Favorite Chef competition for Food and Wine magazine. Starting my own business has allowed me to learn how to manage myself and to put into practice some of the tools for professional decision-making. I am currently working on a five-part cookbook to be finished by 2023. In addition to my involvement in several community services throughout the state of Texas. I'm a firm proponent of self-directed research, believing it to be vital for an improved quality of life personally and professionally, and I try to impart this work-life balance and self-improvement to all of my students. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, swimming, games, football, cooking, comedy, and British movies like Downton Abbey.
